Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in a product, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx, Daylight Transport, and R+L Carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Large items like grills and outdoor kitchen components ship via freight/LTL carrier with curbside delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery in real time. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Status page.

Freight deliveries: The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be present to sign. White-glove delivery options may be available at checkout for select items.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We do our best to ensure your products arrive safely. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at (844) 366-7791 or support@livingoutdoorsy.com.

Provide your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

Important: For freight deliveries, please inspect all packaging carefully before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the bill of lading and take photos. Damages not noted at delivery may limit our ability to assist with claims.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to modify or cancel an order? Contact us within 24 hours at support@livingoutdoorsy.com or (844) 366-7791.

Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made and the order would fall under our return policy. You can also cancel orders through your Living Outdoorsy account dashboard.
