Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
Email support@livingoutdoorsy.com to request a return. Our team will coordinate the process with you. Items sent back without prior authorization won’t be accepted.

If your return is approved
We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can’t accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.
