How to Start a Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Contact Us

Email support@livingoutdoorsy.com with your order number and reason for the return. Items sent back without prior authorization won't be accepted.

Receive Your Return Label

If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off using the provided label. Keep your tracking number for your records.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please email support@livingoutdoorsy.com.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? We're happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused, original condition.

For the fastest exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item. If the replacement is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference.

Return shipping for exchanges is the buyer's responsibility unless the original item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Warranty Claims

As an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, all manufacturer warranties are fully valid on purchases from Living Outdoorsy. Many of our grill brands offer lifetime warranties on burners, grates, and housing.

To file a warranty claim, email support@livingoutdoorsy.com with your order number, the product model/SKU, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll work directly with the manufacturer to process your claim — most are resolved within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and clearance products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Perishable goods

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us and we'll let you know.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
