What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. For larger purchases, we also offer financing through Affirm with monthly payments as low as 0% APR — you can prequalify at checkout with no impact to your credit score.
Do you offer financing or monthly payments? +
Yes. We've partnered with Affirm to offer flexible monthly payments on purchases. During checkout, select Affirm as your payment method to see your options — terms range from 3 to 36 months depending on the purchase amount. There's no hidden fees and you can prequalify without affecting your credit score.
Do you price match? +
Yes — we offer a price match guarantee. If you find the same product at a lower price from an authorized online retailer, contact us before or within 14 days of your purchase and we'll match it. The item must be in stock, sold by an authorized dealer, and the price must be verifiable. Reach out to us at support@livingoutdoorsy.com or call (844) 366-7791 with a link to the lower price.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at (844) 366-7791 or email support@livingoutdoorsy.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually modify or cancel it. Once an item has shipped, it would fall under our return policy.
How do I check my order status? +
You can check your order status anytime by visiting our Order Status page. You'll need your order number (from your confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout. You'll also receive shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Is my payment information secure? +
Absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant — the same security standard used by major banks. We never store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled through Shopify's secure payment gateway.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing? +
Yes — we work with contractors, designers, builders, and commercial buyers on project-based pricing. If you're outfitting a restaurant patio, building multiple outdoor kitchens, or furnishing a commercial space, reach out to us at support@livingoutdoorsy.com with details about your project and we'll put together a custom quote.
Do you charge sales tax? +
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state and local tax regulations. Tax-exempt buyers (such as resellers or nonprofits) can contact us with valid documentation to arrange tax-exempt ordering.

Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $99. This applies to all 48 contiguous US states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order? +
Most in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days from our warehouse. Standard delivery after shipping is typically 5–10 business days depending on your location. Large items like grills and furniture ship via freight carrier, which can take 7–14 business days total. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
How are large items like grills and furniture delivered? +
Large and heavy items ship via freight/LTL carrier with curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Please inspect all packaging before signing — if you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. White-glove delivery options may be available at checkout for select items.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently, we ship within the United States (all 50 states). We're working on expanding to Canada and other international destinations. If you're outside the US and interested in a product, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged? +
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage — both the packaging and the product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. For freight deliveries, it's critical to note any visible damage on the delivery receipt at the time of signing. Email support@livingoutdoorsy.com or call (844) 366-7791.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Status page. For freight shipments, the carrier will reach out directly to schedule your delivery appointment.
Do you offer expedited shipping? +
Expedited shipping is available for smaller items and accessories. For large items that ship via freight, delivery timelines depend on the carrier and your location — we'll always get your order out as quickly as possible. If you have a deadline, let us know when you place your order and we'll work with you on the best option.

Are all your products from authorized dealers? +
Yes — 100%. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, including Summerset, Fire Magic, American Made Grills, True Flame, WildFire, Primo, Telescope Casual, Bromic, Firegear, Le Griddle, and more. This means full manufacturer warranties, genuine parts, and direct brand support on every product.
How do I choose between propane and natural gas? +
It depends on your setup. Natural gas is ideal if you have a gas line run to your outdoor kitchen — it provides an unlimited fuel supply with no tank changes. Liquid propane is more portable and doesn't require a gas line, making it a good choice if you don't have existing gas infrastructure. Most of our grills are available in both configurations. Important: once purchased, field conversion between gas types is generally not recommended and may void the warranty.
What does "built-in" vs "freestanding" mean? +
Built-in grills are designed to be installed into an outdoor kitchen island or custom countertop surround — they don't have a base or cart. Freestanding grills come with their own cart/base and can be placed anywhere on your patio. Many grill models are available in both configurations. If you're building an outdoor kitchen, go built-in. If you want flexibility, go freestanding.
Where can I find product dimensions and cutout specs? +
Product dimensions and cutout specifications are listed on each product page under the Specifications tab. For built-in grills, you'll find the required cutout width, height, and depth needed for installation. We also provide downloadable spec sheets and installation manuals where available. Do you sell replacement parts? +
Yes. We carry a full inventory of genuine replacement parts for the brands we sell — burners, grates, ignition systems, thermometers, handles, covers, and more. Browse our Parts section or search by your model number. If you can't find what you need, contact us with your model and serial number and we'll track it down.
What's the difference between 304 and 443 stainless steel? +
#304 stainless steel is the gold standard — it's non-magnetic, highly resistant to corrosion and rust, and ideal for coastal or humid environments. #443 stainless steel is a more affordable alternative that still offers excellent durability and heat resistance, though it's slightly more susceptible to corrosion in salt-air environments. Both are far superior to painted steel or lower-grade metals. For most inland applications, #443 performs beautifully at a better price point.
Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply for non-defective returns. Defective or damaged items are always covered at no cost to you. Custom-order items and clearance products may be final sale — check the product page for details. How do manufacturer warranties work? +
Because we're an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, all manufacturer warranties are fully valid on purchases from Living Outdoorsy. Warranty coverage varies by brand — many of our grill brands offer lifetime warranties on burners, grates, and housing. Warranty details are listed on each product page under the Warranty tab. If you need to file a claim, contact us and we'll help coordinate with the manufacturer.
What if I receive the wrong item? +
If you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at (844) 366-7791 or support@livingoutdoorsy.com. We'll arrange for the correct item to be shipped immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item — at no cost to you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or model? +
Yes — we're happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused, original condition. Contact us to initiate an exchange. If the replacement item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference. Return shipping for exchanges is the buyer's responsibility unless the original item was defective or incorrect.
How do I file a warranty claim? +
Contact us at support@livingoutdoorsy.com with your order number, the product model/SKU, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll work directly with the manufacturer to process your warranty claim. Most warranty issues are resolved within 5–10 business days depending on the brand.
Do you offer extended warranties or protection plans? +
Many of our products already come with extensive manufacturer warranties (often lifetime). For additional peace of mind, protection plan options may be available at checkout on select items. If you have questions about what's covered under the standard warranty vs. extended options, give us a call and we'll walk you through it.
