The Summerset CAST-TRL is a direct replacement cast stainless steel burner for Summerset TRL, TRL Deluxe, STG, and PRM series grills. Built from #304 cast stainless steel in a distinctive figure-8 design, this burner delivers 20,000 BTUs of even, reliable heat — a significant upgrade over traditional stamped tube burners in both performance and longevity.
Cast stainless steel construction means these burners resist warping, corrosion, and burn-through far longer than standard tube-style burners. The figure-8 shape maximizes flame coverage across each burner zone, producing more consistent heat distribution across your cooking grates. Each burner is a direct drop-in replacement — remove the old burner, set the new one in place, and you're back to grilling.
