The Summerset Quest 36-Inch Built-In Gas Grill delivers commercial-grade build quality and generous cooking capacity for outdoor kitchens that see heavy use. Three high-output burners produce 54,000 BTU of main cooking heat, plus a 10,500 BTU rear infrared burner for rotisserie cooking — giving you 64,500 BTU of total power across over 911 square inches of cooking space.
Built entirely from 304-grade stainless steel, the Quest 36 carries a commercial rating, making it suitable for both residential outdoor kitchens and commercial hospitality settings. The cast stainless steel cooking grates deliver superior searing performance, while ceramic flame tamers provide consistent, even heat across the entire cooking surface.
This grill comes packed with extras: an included rotisserie kit for whole-animal roasting, a drop-in griddle plate for flat-top cooking, and a built-in smoker box for adding real wood-smoke flavor. Summerset's Flame Thrower ignition, interior and exterior LED lighting, heat zone separators, and a spring-assisted hood round out a feature set that covers every outdoor cooking scenario.
