Running on a 240V/30-amp dedicated circuit, this electric grill reaches temperatures up to 700°F and preheats in under 15 minutes, delivering performance that genuinely competes with gas-powered alternatives.
Fire Magic applies the same premium construction standards to the EL500s as their gas grills: full 304-grade stainless steel body in 18-gauge thickness, patented Diamond Sear cooking grids for superior searing performance, and a double-walled oven lid for excellent heat retention. The optional ceramic glass window lets you monitor your cook without opening the lid.
The 496 square inches of primary cooking area provides enough space for serious meal preparation, and thermostatic controls maintain consistent temperatures throughout the cook. An optional digital touchscreen with Bluetooth upgrade adds remote monitoring and precision temperature management from your phone.
