Powered by a 240V/30-amp circuit, this built-in electric grill reaches 700°F and preheats in under 15 minutes — making it a legitimate cooking tool, not a compromise. With 630 square inches of total cooking area including a removable warming rack, it handles real meals for real entertaining.
Fire Magic builds the EL500i to the same standards as their flagship gas grills: 304-grade stainless steel construction, patented Diamond Sear cooking grids for authentic searing performance, and a double-walled lid with an optional ceramic glass viewing window. The touchscreen control panel with digital timer and meat probe gives you precise temperature management throughout every cook.
The built-in design integrates into standard outdoor kitchen islands with a compact 33" x 17.5" x 7.25" cutout requirement — significantly smaller than gas grill cutouts, which makes it easy to add electric grilling capability to existing outdoor kitchens or tight spaces. The easy-clean drip tray simplifies maintenance.
