Two burners produce 36,000 BTU of heat, distributed through a three-layer dome design with an adjustable vent cap for optimal heat circulation.
The 18-by-18-inch cordierite pizza stone provides 324 square inches of baking surface, with an additional 333-square-inch baking rack for multi-level cooking capacity. The internal temperature probe gives you real-time readings beyond what the exterior gauge shows, and the ceramic glass viewing window in the flat-opening door lets you watch your crust develop without losing heat.
Fire Magic's intermittent pilot ignition with flame rectification ensures safe, reliable starts, and the interior lighting keeps your cooking visible in any conditions.
