The Echelon Diamond series elevates every detail over the Aurora line. Fire Magic's patented Diamond Sear cooking grids feature an advanced trapezoidal shape that maximizes searing contact while allowing precise heat control. A heavy-duty rotisserie kit comes included — not as an add-on — along with the optional Magic View window that lets you check on your food without lifting the lid and losing heat.
