The Fire Magic Aurora Built-In Pizza Oven turns your outdoor kitchen into an authentic pizzeria with precise thermostatic temperature control from 150°F to 750°F. Two stainless steel U-burners produce 36,000 BTU of heat, and a 3/4-inch thick cordierite pizza stone absorbs and radiates that heat evenly for perfectly crisp crusts with charred, blistered edges — just like a traditional wood-fired oven but with the convenience of gas.

The 18-by-18-inch cordierite stone provides 324 square inches of cooking surface, with an included baking rack that expands your capacity for multi-level cooking. A ceramic glass viewing window in the oven door lets you monitor your cook without opening the door and losing heat, while interior lighting keeps everything visible even at night.

Fire Magic's intermittent pilot ignition (IPI) with flame rectification ensures safe, reliable starts every time. The oven preheats to cooking temperature in approximately 20 minutes — a fraction of the time a traditional brick oven requires. The flat-opening door supports up to 50 pounds, making it easy to slide pizzas in and out with a peel.
