Made in the USA from 304-grade stainless steel, this built-in charcoal grill delivers 720 square inches of total cooking area and features the adjustable charcoal pan and air control systems that make real charcoal cooking precise and manageable.
The crank-operated adjustable charcoal pan lets you control heat intensity by raising or lowering the coal bed, while adjustable air shutters manage airflow for everything from high-heat searing to low-and-slow smoking. The front charcoal door provides easy access for adding fuel mid-cook without disturbing your food, and the included charcoal shield enables indirect cooking for ribs, roasts, and other large cuts.
Fire Magic's Diamond Sear cooking grids deliver superior searing performance with the same design used across their premium gas grill lineup.
