The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E660i 30-Inch Built-In Grill with Digital Thermometer and Smart Control brings connected technology to premium outdoor cooking. Three cast stainless steel burners produce 75,000 BTU of main heat, an 11,000 BTU infrared back burner handles rotisserie cooking, and a digital touchscreen control panel with Bluetooth connectivity lets you monitor and adjust temperatures from your phone.
The digital control system goes beyond a simple thermometer upgrade. A black glass control panel houses the touchscreen display, built-in meat probe, and timer functions — giving you precise, data-driven control over every cook. The included Bluetooth remote capability means you can step away from the grill and still monitor internal temperatures, set alarms, and track cooking time.
Under the hood, this is the same premium Echelon Diamond platform: 900 square inches of total cooking area, patented Diamond Sear cooking grids with superior searing performance, 16-gauge stainless steel flavor grids, and a heavy-duty rotisserie kit included as standard. The optional Magic View window adds the ability to check food without opening the lid.
