The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E790i 36-Inch Built-In Grill with Digital Thermometer combines the full power of the E790i platform with connected smart cooking technology. Three cast stainless steel burners deliver 96,000 BTU of main heat, a 13,000 BTU infrared back burner handles rotisserie duties, and a digital touchscreen control panel with Bluetooth gives you precise, remote-capable temperature management across 1,080 square inches of cooking space.
The digital control system features a black glass panel with touchscreen display, integrated meat probe, timer, and alarm settings — all accessible from your phone via Bluetooth. This lets you set exact target temperatures, monitor internal meat temps, and receive alerts without standing over the grill. The -L1N model variant adds a left-side infrared sear burner for dedicated high-heat searing.
The E790i Digital shares every premium feature of the Echelon Diamond line: patented Diamond Sear cooking grids, 16-gauge stainless steel flavor grids, heavy-duty rotisserie kit included, heat zone separators, three halogen interior lights, and the optional Magic View window.
