The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E1060i 48-Inch Built-In Grill with Analog Thermometer is the largest built-in grill in the Echelon Diamond lineup — a commercial-scale cooking machine designed for outdoor kitchens where capacity and performance are non-negotiable. Four cast stainless steel burners produce 112,000 BTU of main cooking power, and a 22,000 BTU dual back burner pushes total output to an extraordinary 134,000 BTU.
With 1,440 square inches of total cooking area — over 1,000 square inches of primary grilling surface alone — the E1060i can handle entire parties worth of food simultaneously. Sear steaks on one end, slow-cook ribs in the middle, and grill vegetables on the other, all with independent heat zone control. The included heavy-duty rotisserie kit handles whole turkeys, prime rib roasts, and large cuts with ease.
Fire Magic's patented Diamond Sear cooking grids span the full 48-inch width, delivering consistent, superior searing performance across every square inch. Three halogen interior lights angled toward the food illuminate the massive cooking surface, and blue backlit control knobs keep every heat zone visible and accessible after dark.
