To qualify for a price match, the competing offer must meet all of the following criteria:

• The item must be the exact same brand, model, and configuration — including color, size, and fabric grade
• The competing price must be from a manufacturer-authorized dealer based in the United States
• The item must be currently in stock and available for purchase at the quoted price (not backordered or pre-order)
• The price must be publicly visible on the dealer's website — we'll need a direct link to verify
• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date

We match everyday advertised prices from authorized dealers. The following are not eligible for a price match:

• Prices from unauthorized resellers, auction sites, liquidation sales, or marketplace sellers (Amazon third-party, eBay, etc.)
• Pricing errors or misprints on competitor websites
