Side Burners & Power Burners for Outdoor Kitchens
Your grill handles steaks, burgers, and anything that benefits from direct flame — but there's a whole category of outdoor cooking that requires a flat, stable heat source. Side burners and power burners fill that gap. They're what you use for simmering sauces, boiling corn, heating soups, frying fish, or cooking anything in a pot, pan, or wok that doesn't belong on a grill grate.

All are designed to install directly into your outdoor kitchen island with a simple cutout, and all are built from #304 stainless steel to match the rest of your equipment.
Side Burners vs. Power Burners
A standard side burner typically produces 12,000–15,000 BTU and handles everyday cooking tasks — sauces, sides, reheating, and sautéing. A power burner is a different animal entirely. Producing 40,000–60,000 BTU or more, power burners deliver the intense heat needed for wok cooking, deep frying turkey, boiling large pots of water for crawfish or crab boils, and any application where you need high heat fast. If you do any kind of high-volume or high-heat cooking outdoors, a power burner is worth the investment.
Drop-In Sear Burners
Infrared drop-in sear burners are a specialized option designed to produce extremely high, concentrated heat — typically 1,200°F or more at the cooking surface. They're purpose-built for searing steaks, chops, and fish to get that restaurant-quality crust in 60–90 seconds per side. A sear burner installs as a separate station in your island and is used in addition to your main grill, not as a replacement.
